Human ears version added

Added a new appearance preset without elf ears. The ears might look a bit weird, but they are normally hidden behind her hair anyway.

Updated license, no need to redownload.

Updated the license to No Commercial use only. Please do not use this look for any paid (including early-access) scenes!

No other changes, so no need to download the look again if you've already downloaded the first version.
