- Fixed the dress sim, undress should work again, and sim should be better
- Fixed default adjustment parameters to avoid clipping
- Fixed the ruffles materials to be white and not grey
- Removed the Open bra (way too much deformation, i'll add a new bra at some point)

Fixed dress 01 physics

Change license type to CC-BY-ND, now usable in paid content !

Changed the sim texture of Dress01 to make undressing only the top part possible.

Warning: You will have to play with physics properties for characters with large breasts
