what are the looks in the screenshots in the overveiw ?

The female look is just a built-in skin with some suitable hair and clothes, hidden enough to pretend it's a certain character without seeing it's not ;)
You can find actual lookalikes for them in the Hub, free and paid. Maybe I'll add some links in the description.
