Plugins Freeze Motion/Sound Relay

I've wished for this ability before and never understood why it wasn't built in. Thanks for scripting.

One of the most important yet simplest trigger functions natively missing in VAM, thank you for making this.

With MacGruber's Delay plugin it would allow to stop combat mid air as if it was a Matrix movie in active embody mode.
