This scene absolutely eats GPU so you might need to turn the graphics down.
If it hangs on loading, give it a good few minutes and if you are still having trouble, rename your AddonPackages folder and reload, should be OK then. You can put the folder back in place afterwards. Some users have found this is taking a long time to load as it is clashing with another package some have downloaded, but I haven't worked out which one yet. It should load in the end anyway but that fix should make it a lot faster.

Yep, literally no idea why despite many efforts at trying to fix it. Clean install of VaM apparently works which is the only known solution currently. Also works for most users it seems but for a handful, just doesn't want to know.

I've tried all of your scenes. I said to myself if this one doesn't open it will be my last attempt. It didn't open.
I've sat quietly while other people complain.

Yep, I can't fix it, a vamdev opened the scene themself with no issues so I have no idea why it won't load for some. Works for most people, some folk it just doesn't. I dunno why, sorry. Some have said that they need to remove addins or run a new install of VAM and then it works OK, in some cases maybe just need to wait longer for it to load. I can't fix the VAM software, I can only program in it and release it, I have no idea why it doesn't work for some people.
