Scenes Flesh Circus - No decals

This version has had decals and decal progression removed, which is a shame of course but it's just here to test to see if this is the problem with the scenes loading so I can focus more on fixing the issue at that point. I'd be really grateful if you could download this and if it loads and works OK, let me know so that I can go back and fix the loading on my other scenes if this turns out to be the issue.
