Fixed neck seams + gen specular

Manually adjusted neck seam as best I could, and set correct gen spec texture.

Updated hair density

Miki's hair had maxed hair density and curves, lowered it to reasonable levels for performance.

@Virtyourmate try the new V3 and see if it's better.

Hotfix textures

Alt textures were in the wrong folder, also updated gen texture to the correct one.
