new v3 appearance preset
updated included scene with buttons to switch between presets, feel free to use the one you like.

Fixed a problem with the scalp texture creating a weird spot on Elisabeth's forehead.
Included the v2 appearance preset - slightly tweaked version, original preset still included.
Included 3 Hair Presets, all the same Hair but 2 of them are better for performance, one better for quality. i personally think the fastest one (evenmorefps) is fine and the performance gain over the original is massive. i recommend this one.
Included a ColliderEditor Preset that fixes the abdomen colliders being too large for Elisabeth.

Reduced the size of the package from 211mb to 29mb by compressing the textures
There shouldn't be any noticeable difference in game.

Fixed the Elisabeth Morph so it doesn't move the bones in the right hand from their default position.
