One day as Wayne is working maintenance at the hospital, he decides to try on a coat and pretend to be a doctor. At that point Mrs Kathleen Moorehead walks in and takes him for a doctor and starts complaining about her back pains. Initially, reluctant, Doctor Wayne decides to help and he has a specific cure in mind.
