Updated dependencies to the new Sam Look and revised the whole UI.

Wet sfx for insertion + hazmhox vammoan integration + VR mode

Added a few wet sfx for the penetration and integrated hazmox's fantastic vammoan plugin for a more realistic feel. Also included a version without Post Magic for VR users as it sometimes causes problems.
