I like this scene quite a bit and see a lot of potential in it. It's rare to come across a gooner based scene like this (surprising considering the nature of this app). Will be following closely on this as time goes on.

Sorry to hear you didn't like the scene, but as it is a work in progress, I'd appreciate more specific feedback on what you found to be "ugly" so I can factor that into planned updates.

Nice. I think the best part of this scene (so far) is the art on the wall - those drawings are a labor of love!
