Clothing Cyberpunk Poncho Outfit (tintable)

This is another one that stable diffusion designed and I thought was cool. Include the poncho/shall the tube top and sheer leggings.

For the top, I think it looks best to keep the top black and change the specular color to give it a sort of emissive look.
