Added new positions

- Added 3 new positions bringing the total to 15 and made minor adjustments to lighting positions.

Various changes and fixes

Fixes
- Fixed issue where some positions weren't being played properly
- Adjusted incorrect placement of UI on some position loads
- Moved 3RD person spawn point for Cowgirl 1. You're no longer facing a wall and actually facing the action. :p

Tweaks
- Rain no longer plays right away, allowing you to customize your avatars in peace and quiet. Rain now starts on initialize.
- Rain's base volume reduced to be quieter

Adjust menu placement and color of text.

- There was a poor placement of the menu in Missionary 1, it's been adjusted.
- Color for inactive text on buttons was a bit hard to read, adjusted colors for easier visibility.
- Changed category names to be less confusing and not use a gross word like 'penetration'.
