- Integrated Custom Shader Loader with Cloth Sim Proxy, and resolved the compatibility issues.

-An edit to the original Custom Shder Loader by @regguise and Cloth Sim Proxy by @Stopper。
-Ensures that Custom Shaders can be loaded simultaneously with Sim Proxies.
-Includes a built-in event listener that defers custom shader loading until after the simulation initializes.

-Merged both plugins into a single clothing tab.

-- How to use?

-Attach plugin to clothing. See instructions for more info in Clothing Plugin Manager
-Add the shader and sim proxy just like you do with Custom Shader Loader and Cloth Sim Proxy

-- Tips:
-Added a slight delay to the shader loading to prevent plugin conflicts.
-I'm not a code wizard, so there might be some bugs. Feel free to leave a comment if you run into any issues!
-I've included detailed tech docs inside the .var file. Feel free to unzip/extract it if you want to peek under the hood.
-Wasn't sure how to upload the .md file directly, so I just bundled it inside the .var.
