New features:
1. added tileX/Y and offsetX/Y support in shader
Now these sliders in material tabs should work as intended.
2. added Specular Fresnel support in shader
Now this slider in material tab should work as intended
The effect is not that obvious though, may need to tweak the strength scale in coming updates. Feedback on this is welcomed!
3. Set default render queue of the shader to 3001
Loading this shader with the CustomShaderLoader plugin will auto set the material render queue to 3001, unless it already has a higher renderqueue, in which case the plugin will preserve the value.
