just a small demo of what you can do with Azures Text To Speech Engine, all on the free plans (https://speech.microsoft.com/portal).
I had to strip down my original scene to free for everyone content, so the Image does not reflect the persons and environment used here. Imagine doing this stuff in a fancy environment, with characters of your like and add animations, camera angles and emotions.
I created almost a short movie novel out of this Intro (currently 40 minutes long), but can't share this because of all the licenses and the sheer size.
Take this just as an idea on how to enrich your story scenes and use your imagination.
