🌀 Smoother Compliance Falloff
Refined how compliance fades across the body:
  • Nearby controls follow closely; distant ones follow more gently
  • Transition feels organic and natural instead of abrupt

🛠️ Improved Pose Stability
General improvements to keep poses stable after adjustments:
  • Reduced unwanted drifting from gravity or physics (Working on hand drifting issues at this point, utilize Freeze Compliance to drift when required).
  • Better balance between compliance and control holding

⚠️ Improved Error Safety
Added additional null-checks and safeguards to reduce initialization-related errors and improve plugin stability, especially in complex scenes.


⚠️ Upcoming Updates in the Works.
  • More fluent control of our ATOM Person(s).
  • Hands have better control and movement, and able to pose with "Relax Arms" off, this will allow positioning a bit easier, and then relax once settled (in theory..)
  • Feet continue to drive me nuts, will look into rotation and positioning a bit smoother and following direction of the atom, may also add a "Relax Feet" option for posing, will see how it goes.

📝 Compliance Plugin v2 – Update Notes

✅ New Paged UI System:
  • The plugin UI now has two pages to better organize settings.
  • Navigate pages using the Next → and ← Back buttons at the bottom of the UI.

Page 1: Existing Controls
All previous controls for compliance, balance, speed, and debug remain on Page 1.


Page 2: New Spring Strength Controls
I have added 5 new sliders on Page 2 to adjust joint spring strengths for smoother, more customized movement:
  • Head Spring Strength → controls head position & rotation spring
  • Arm Spring Strength → controls both left & right arms (shoulders, elbows, hands)
  • Leg Spring Strength → controls both left & right legs (hips, knees, feet)
  • Hip Spring Strength → controls hip joint
  • Chest Spring Strength → controls chest joint
✅ Each slider adjusts both position and rotation spring values simultaneously for its region.
✅ This allows you to fine-tune how stiff or fluid each part of the body behaves during compliance.

✨ General Improvements:

  • Page 2 controls are properly hidden on plugin load and only appear when navigating to Page 2.
  • Improved UI organization and expandability for future features.

✅ What's New

  • Fluid Posing Behavior
    Completely reworked joint behavior for smoother, more natural movement during manual posing. Dragging the head or limbs causes the body to follow intuitively, with no stiffness or rigidity.
  • Anti-Slump Stability
    When the character is upright and idle, the script now gently reinforces standing posture to prevent slow slumping or collapsing — all without sacrificing pose fluidity.
  • 🆕 Smart Auto-Lock System (Toggle-enabled)
    • After posing stops, joint positions lock automatically to prevent drifting or sagging.
    • As soon as movement resumes, joints unlock for fluid repositioning.
    • Controlled by a new UI toggle: Enable Auto Lock After Movement.
  • Improved Error Safety
    Added full null-checks to eliminate initialization-related errors and improve stability in complex scenes.
