* Fixed initial walking settings
- Known issues: undo can fetch factory default values bug
* A user default preset now applied upon the plugin added to a person if the file "Saves/PluginData/CLS2/user_default.clp" exists
* UI Setting>Timings allows to enter either Tempo (BPM) or Period (seconds, text field)
* UI Settings>Physics now uses logarithmic scale to enter value of 100K (5.0) for Controller's Physics Hold Position Spring value
* UI Setting>Control>Set Default Controllers now applies "Physics Link" between the hipControl and the thighControls
* UI Presets>General now shows the last preset used in the UI (can be saved in the scene)
* Factory settings makes walking a little less ugly (I did my best)
* Some body parts measurement improved
* Limbs movement direction fix
* Fixed disabling/enabling positioning mechanics
- Known issues: undo can fetch factory default values bug
* Bugfixes in kneeling calculations.
* Kneeling hands position height now fixed on StepHeight (introducing another change of the original behavior).
* Updated plugin disabling/enabling time stop mechanic.
* Fixed elbow position for that.
* The time rift problem solved.
* Better step phase distribution over the cycle.
* Missing package file is back.

I consider the development completed since It seems I've fixed all broken things (until someone claim that is not).
