CUA Fix

Plugin now works with CUA's as the plugin holder and as a target.

v3: Hotfix

Fixed the plugin removing the containing atom from the list of all atoms, so it wasn't visible in trigger menus anymore.

v2: Soft physics fix.

Excluding collision while soft physics was disabled caused unwanted collision as soon as soft physics is enabled later on.
