• Happy Holidays Guest!

We want to announce that we will be working at reduced staffing for the holidays. Specifically Monday the 23rd until Jan 2nd.

This will affect approval queue times and responses to support tickets. Please adjust your plans accordingly and enjoy yourselves this holiday season!

  • Hi Guest!

Please be aware that we have released a critical security patch for VaM. We strongly recommend updating to version 1.22.0.7 using the VaM_Updater found in your installation folder.

Details about the security patch can be found here.
Character Transparency

Plugins Character Transparency

Changelog
New in 1.3:
- Change in the credits of the meta.json file, where a character sequence unexpectedly caused dependency errors with VAR manager(s?)

Some more details
Yeah, nothing has changed. Sorry for those expecting exciting new features or complex bug fixes.
Changelog
New in 1.2:
- Script name reverted to its original value ("CharacterTransparency_v1.cs") for legacy reasons

Some more details
The change of the script name implied to load the plugin again on existing scenes, losing its settings. Thanks @coll69 for bringing this to my attention.
Thus "CharacterTransparency_v1.cs" will be the final name of the script: it will not change on any further version.
Changelog
New in 1.1:
  • Quality of Life improvements:
    • 5 new "Quick hide" buttons: hide head, arms, torso, genitals or legs in 1 click!
  • Technical improvements:
    • No more error message on load when using the plugin on Male models, thanks to @coll69
    • Small performance improvement... maybe?

Some more details
You'll notice 5 new buttons on the right hand side of the plugin UI. Clicking on them will immediately change the value of all sliders related to the area mentioned on the button to -100% (full transparency). This has been requested and is now live!

You'll also find those 5 "Quick hide" actions in the trigger section:

@coll69 has been so kind as to identify and provide a fix for the annoying error message that would pop when loading the plugin on a Male character. This fix is now included in this version; thanks a lot!

I've also changed the plugin a little bit on a part that I believe could cause some very minor performance loss on load. It should be fixed.

Legacy
This new version is backward-compatible. I'll try to make it so for all future versions as well.
