Backstory by SpiritOfHoundingDoom: Calixte, the Soul Elf - Calixte is a trickster. Born in the forest of Eowuown to a tribe of wood dwelling elves, she always kept her distance from the nearby human village. Her family, and her entire tribe of wood elves, were brutally murdered in a raid by goblin men. As the only remaining survivor, she vowed never to fall prey again. She traded her wood magic for evil Soul magic. Using her shapeshifting abilities, she wanders by day to settlements seeking out men to consume, often farmers and traders. As an innocent young woman, often dressed as a flower vendor, she befriends them and gives them an enchanted flower laced with hypnosis spells. By night, the men - under her spell - enter her forest where they get their souls stripped away and devoured. They come back to their beds and by morning lie lifeless. Though, Calixte wasn't always evil, the path of grief and sorrow drove her to become the feared "Soul Witch", called so by those families whose husbands she snatched away.
