Needed to google/translate what "meandering" means haha. Well if I get your right you think this is too long overall? Uhm so basically the intention was to build up slow and contineous tension in this show. It takes some time until you´re really "into" the atmosphere, relax and let it come. One key function examplary was to create a randomness in the atmosphere to archive this tension. So you never know when the thunder literally hits. Paired with her really slow moves and rising "eroticness" personally I think this is a nice piece of artistic erotic to enjoy.
