-Added VR preset for Docked UI ( DT UI and VR UI buttons in scene)

-5 new animations
-hair is once again not being merge loaded. So when switching hair there will be a delay but this means better performance (even with sim off and hair invisible it was still creating a performance hit).
-some adjustments to the night time water so that the foam wasn't so bright.
-per request female PoV button added.
-added WET dockedui button to toggle all the geoshell clothing (might help with performance).

Things still to be done at a later time:
-adjust night lighting
-tweak and add a few more animations.

Added DockedUI
Added different morph preset options
Added different hair preset options
Tweaked the secondary lighting for several animations.

Added buttons for switching to a night version of the scene. The night version is likely to get further lighting adjustments at some point in the future.

Added a requested POV button and toggle for expression plugin. Also made small adjustments to several animations so the hip motion for male would look more natural.
