Minor issue with presentation Audio

When disabling simulation, footstep are still heard. This was fixed in this version. Enjoy!

Augmented scene a bit to get rid of missing dependency warnings. References to resources that were not being used. FYI - if you use SubScene, you have to save changes to both the SubScene AND the main scene file when compiling a VAR package, or else you'll drive yourself crazy like I did! Enjoy!
