A whole new set of decals - really hope this works now

It takes quite a while to do all these decals but I've re-engineered from scratch using a single image file so I'm hoping this now loads successfully for all users - please let me know if you previously had problems with my scenes but this one is now working for you as it has taken several months to try to track down the issue with this. Thank you.
