- Translation constraints are always for the gloabal axis.
- Torques constraints are always for the local axis.

- New Plugi UI: Better organization of Plugin UI using Tabs. This took a while since I had to figure out a bunch of VAM things.
- First implementation of rotation torques.

As you can see, now the Plugin UI have space for more features and I already have some ideas.

I learned a lot of things and UI Tabs are almost ready.

Fixed plugin cannot be used on Person atoms.
Only forces are disabled when the plugin is loaded on atoms containing more than one ForceReceiver (like Person atoms).

I made a mistake, sorry.

Only forces can't works on Person atoms (atm) but I prevented the whole plugin from being used on them.

I'm fixing this...
This is the first BETA implementation of translating forces. Force translations should consider translation limits and limit triggers if them are enabled \ configured.

Note that forces are applied constantly. It's not like CycleForce.

- Local\global rotations options are now available for every single axis (like it was with translations).
- New SIMPLE EXAMPLE demo scene.
- Code optimizations.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This update IS NOT compatible with scenes\plugin presets saved with the older version.
