Still have to agree with trety... Poses look good and there are a lot but NOT USER FRIENDLY at all... why did you have to activate every node? Just too tedious to turn off what needs to be off...

I'm gonna comment here all [up to today] Yours poses packs.
I do like how unique they are, but they're saved with 'Max Joints : Hold' , which makes them really nice for screenshots, but causing too many problems for user created scenes
Unfortunatelly, when U simply change control 2 physics settings the poses are changing to something different, many times causing person self coliders problems...

So,
Pros - Unique! Really niece for SS
Cons - Not to be used in quick sessions like load pose add forces and go

You need adjust the spring power during the animation ( For animate node / controller ). Or, decrease the spring power at initial.
