Fixed issues with upper teeth deformations

Issue with some morphs causing teeth deformations was originally reported to me by @FantasiWrapper .
@Gabberjaw corroborated this report and let me know about additional morphs that might be affected.

Removed animation not recommended warning, added male support

Removed the extraneous rigging that was causing the "animation not recommended" icon, and added the morphs to the male folder so they appear in the male morphs tab.
