Removed link between left arm and left leg

Some people were experiencing the left leg being locked out, apparently my having the old versions loaded meant I couldn't see it happening.

Improved left arm morph

The left arm morph was affecting the right arm a bit as well, thanks @DeimosAnguis for noticing something weird going on there.
