Improvements to resolve a few issues when packaging scenes that depended on ActionGrouper.
Previously, if ActionGroupers contained actions that modified URL parameters in the scene with links to VAR files. when packaged those references were updated from an exact VAR version to a '.latest' var version. When the ActionGrouper was executed from the packaged scene it would cause an error because it was not able to handle the '.latest' reference.
This issue is now resolved in this version of ActionGrouper.
Resolved a bug that caused error messages on loading. This notably had an impact on load times for Scenes with large numbers of ActionGrouper instances.
