Add censor bars attached to characters

- Lower censor is positioned and tracks better
- Fixed issue with bars casting shadows

- Added Modes for attachment tracking
- Fixed Scale mode was the old mode
- Resizing mode will resize the censor as the model moves to different positions
- Added penis censor for Male/Futa model
- Fixed bug that prevented from working with male model
- Known issue: Male model upper censor does not work
