Just an abandoned warehouse. Assetbundle includes a version with the skybox and one without.
Special thanks again to @Orpheaned for the double side shader which fixed a lot of the issues I had with this model that had kept it from being released a long time ago.
The warehouse is fairly large so if you want shadows to work throughout the whole thing I recommend using VamTweaks by @hazmhox . A shadow range of 35 to 45 should be enough to cover the whole thing.
