I finally managed to learn how to import stuff from sketchfab to unity. The room has a standard-version with and without transparent walls, and a less-stuff-version with optional plants. It's far from perfectly imported but I think It's also not too bad. I hope you like it.

Quick tip for you. While exporting the scene as an assetbundle from unity. Delete the main camera from it because when using raytracing, main camera causes problems with lighting.
