Man oh man, top tier environment assets for free and below 100mb. I swear I hear "There's a Staaarmaaan waitnig in the sky" every time you post.
May be a tall order, but perhaps you could release a guide on how you do it? I'd like to be a hero too one day.

Hi,Kim05!
I usually create the house assets in Blender and set up the lighting there. There are plenty of tutorials online covering this part.

For models with excessively high polygon counts, I usually optimize them until the total polygon count for the entire house asset is under 500,000.

Then I bake the lighting into the textures of each object.

I use these baked textures in Unity, and then package everything normally as a VAR file. There are tutorials on the forum for this part as well.

Is there any way to control the lights?
No, it can't be changed, because the lighting has already been baked into the textures. I used a different workflow from traditional PBR.

For some reason your .vars with environments dont show up when i want to load them to cua?
Like VaM does not see it for some reason.

Hi,WeebUVR!
If you can't find it, please look for this var instead.
It might not be detected because of the path I used when I created it.
