The plugin buttons are labeled "Hand" and "Foot," but in reality, "Hand" copies the controls for the hand, elbow, arm, and shoulder, while "Foot" copies the controls for the foot, toes, knee, and thigh.

Effectively, I hadn't looked closely. I had the impression that the knee was not following.
