Are they in subfolders? You didn't provide full paths in the screenshot. If they're all in one main folder, you should be able to find them with a program. CloneSpy will do that.

This is exactly the problem that sorting into subfolders creates. It sounds good in theory, but this is why it's not a good idea. Unless you're willing to manage every file the program wants to update, you can get into a mess like this. The program will put them into the top level AddonPackages folder, and then you could have duplicates. IMO, there's really no point putting them in subfolders by creator, because the prefix of the name is the creator. I'd recommend you abandon this approach to file management, but that's only an opinion..
