Is there a guide anywhere to create a body that's its own green screen? For passthrough purposes obviously. Couldn't really find any threads anywhere.

Why go to all that trouble when you can make the body invisible instead? ;)

Others alike exist too.

I've read into that and it's got hiccups/issues all over it lol. I've already got a transparency plugin that works fine, but I'm not trying to do that. I'm looking to make the male genitalia passthrough

Ok, when I read this I understand as to make the VAM male person's genitals invisible, or all, allowing you to see yourself. The plugin linked does this, used it for that purpose several times. Also tried other plugins with the same purpose, but I think I prefer this one for its configurability, is maintained and had no issues with it.

If you really don't want to use a plugin that hides the person, which I see by far the best option, then the option is as you already wrote: green screen => green person textures (or whatever color you specified for doing the passthrough).

How would you go about using the above link since it worked for you? I didn't see any guides on changing colors/emissive lighting in that page to make it blue/green.

The Going, going, gone plugin is to make body parts invisible, it's not a suggestion for changing textures to green/blue. If you want to go that route, you need to paint the person textures on a program like Photoshop.
