Hey guys, i wanna ask about a plugin or feature that lets me quickly move a hand for example to prop up a leg, and stick it there with a button press. I use VAM on desktop and "play" with models as opposed to create scenes or use premade animations via timeline or anything else. So for example, if i wanna attach both my hands onto hips for doggystyle, how do i do that without them just flopping back to my sides? as i use manual thrusting via mouse grabbing pelvis and moving it back and forth and since im no longer mouse grabbing my hands, they flop back to my male character's sides. I remember there being a plugin that allowed for something like this but for the life of me cant remember what it was called.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit, I always play scenes in POV using Embody, if that helps.

Hey man,

Unfortunately, for that you'll have to save each pose and tie the loading of these poses to either a keybind or button press. Each pose will have the hands positioned in certain places and that's how you can quickly move your character, otherwise it's the old grab and drag.
I have a guide that touches on what you're asking for here that's exclusive for desktop players like us. I plan to make a part 2 with some cool new tips, too.

Edit: Check out this plugin. It's def going into this part 2 guide, because you easily save and load poses on the fly and also configure triggers for activation/deactivation, which is super useful for Embody (you have to activate Embody again everytime you load a new pose because it automatically deactivates).

This is something that don't need a plugin. The hands should not be flopping, since your on desktop go in to your scene, when all loaded up press T you will see all the control nodes for each body part, my hunch is either your hands elbows or shoulders are red. If they are red you need to click on each one and allow position and rotation on, its a little check box. This will keep the arms where you want them, also you can setup a grab point to have the character hold the hips or whatever part you want. And use auto thruster for the sake of your wrist. As for adding a button no clue, I haven't got that far yet.
