Preset Problem

Can someone explain why sometimes my presets don't show after i save it on a clothing.

Sometimes it works no problem. But sometimes Ill save the preset and there's nothing there. when i look in the directory folder in my file explorer it shows that i saved it I'm confused???

I posted this before and got nothing. If no one knows why its not show could you suggest things that would mess up a preset to not show?
