Hi,

I am sometimes asked about changing colors for particle effects. I wanted to point out that @hazmhox made a nice plugin for this exact purpose. In VAMStory by @hazmhox there is a tools folder and in that folder is a plugin called "vamsvfxeditor." When you load the CUA for the particle effect, add this plugin to that CUA. Then if you open the editor there is an option to change the color. I just tried this for one of the green aurora effects in "Particles of Riddick" and it made a really nice orange/golden color. You can make it any color that you like. This plugin might cause issues for some particle effects depending on how the effect is constructed and sometimes the particle size and scale needs to be adjusted; but for the most part, this plugin works great and I appreciate Hazmhox for making it.

Regards,
@Farger
