    I have a special plugin preset, loading it disables the crosseye effect and I can enjoy a scene. Always a bummer when it happens though

    Good tip, I also made a second clean copy as a part of throubleshooting the sluggishness of my client and yeah it really helped. Opting for a separate 'play version' and 'editing version' might be optimal.

    Yes this is exactly what I'm doing. Models don't always come saved as a preset with a scene. I make those presets myself and then hide the scene.

    I'm mostly worried that copyrighted models will get culled. Fighting games and movie characters and celebs. But then maybe not, because Skyrim is on steam with all sorts of mods. Maybe I'm mixing it with console release with highly curated mod content

    Yeah we have talked hardware gains excessively here and the conclusion is well it's very mild. If you can run it right now you are not missing that much, and still have to use optimisation tricks even on a very high end rig. As long as you can load a scene and have workable FPS you are good to go.

    Well I'm pretty confident it will be handled the same way, Patreons get a key from their corresponding tier, with new key needed for each major update. Does not make sense to ask extra money for it, from people who already pledged decent amount of money. Its not like they can get a Steam...
