Hi Farger, thanks for your reply.
Just added this picture here, to use it for a conversation
But then it seems, that you are an advanced Unity user.
May i ask a question then?
When i click on the unfold button (that little arrow) of an Object, the Materials used for the Object show up.
When i click on a material, the settings show up on the right side.
But they are all grey, means they are locked.
A lot of materials are empty and i wanted to fill them up with the corresponding textures.
Can i unlock them?
Or is there another way to load the materials properly by importing a model without doing
this manually?
i hadn't realised you asked farger ,as Stated
you go to the model materials tab, extract materials . i like to extract to the folder of the model makes it easier
to select texture and drag it to the albedo slot in the object material on the right.
as for questions on unity , Farger is very good with unity.

I already replied on our conversation.
Yes, Farger came across here, and when he said, he is a lot in unity, i thought
i could ask this question to him as well here

Hi there. I created an assetbundle with unity and imported it to vam. Now i would like to make a var file out of it, because most of the assets here come along as var files. How can i do that? I tried with the Add-On Package Builder in vam, but it creates still an assetbundle file.
