For the elemental effects, such as weather, fire, etc, it is possible that I could separate the inner effect from the outer effect. For example, the fire ring spinning around the circumference could be made as an asset to load separately from the center flames. Would that be helpful for more customization, or is it fine the way it is?
That would be cool if they could be separate!! .. that way you could mix stuff up like. have the fire outer ring and the water inner.. change them up in a way.!!

Sounds good, I will keep the original but also split these up with inner and outer effects in a future update. I also have some single loop effects for fire, weather, earth and water, I made these as transitional effects. I can add those in the next update as well.
