No biggie, it's a genital morph from @flyroxy paid scene called "Wild Pony". But I think you'll be fine without it, personally I'm not a fan of the body, especially the breasts, but it was an old model.
The second is just leftovers from cleaning up the dependency list, there were over 40+ dependencies in the beginning
