Hey Winter! It's a bit longer of an answer and there are a few things that go into this. Both from my experiences and the great work @CheekiBreeki has done here with the scene. I want to preface this with the note that I did not create this lighting setup. That credit all goes to Breeki here as I haven't tweaked it, I just loaded up their scene and dressed up my model.

The tree shadows are created with something I personally see underutilized: Directional lighting, which covers the entire level/map. It's a little finicky since Unity's lighting engine can be pretty rough, so people don't use it super often, but you can change a light source to the directional type and it picks up all over the environment. This makes it so you don't need to spread out spotlights everywhere to cover more ground. The issue is it requires some massaging to get to look right, so you will have to experiment with what looks best. It also depends on the environment you're using, as well as rotating the directional light source properly to get the look you want. Rotation I find is where you can see the most change in where the shadows are cast from/received.

So it's a combination of a few things regarding that. I definitely invite you to check out the Sunset Forest scene that is included in Breeki's pack and take a look at how the lighting atoms are placed for more evidence to support it. I linked it in the album description under credits, but I linked it again here for you.
