Tried googling & searching the resources etc but could not find anything other than custom assets etc. So going to ask here, Is there anyway to edit the basic dildo? Would like to have a larger one but can't find a way to make it larger.

You can scale it somewhere in the atom controls (maybe it's in the Physic Object tab... not sure). The bad is that it scale proportionally along all the axes. You can't have a "longer" dildo. Just a bigger one.

If it causes explosions, you can try using plugins like ColliderEditor to change the size of the hole, as well as some morphs.
