I wasn't sure where to put this but I am trying to set up a scene that would look more realistic, however, anytime I turn someone's head, the shoulders and chest would wobble. I am not using the chest node since it would be easier to only turn the head but didn't want to clutter up the timeline. I did turn the damper up but it only turned down the wobble, it still looked unrealistic. Is there a setting or plugin to stiffen the joints/body without having to resort to adding more nodes in the timeline?

The setting you'd want to increase would be spring rather than damper. If you don't want to change the nodes to "On" for Timeline, you could try changing them to "Comply" and increasing the Comply Position/Rotation Spring.

Thank you, after some messing around, I was able to figure that out, though, I feel kind of dumb once I did. :p

The spring controls how far something travels in response to an external force. The damper controls how fast it gets there.

Oh, thank you, that makes sense. Thank you so much, that will help out my scenes. Out of curiosity, will I be able to control the spring with the node on? For example, lets say my character reaches for something really quickly but either didn't make it or miss, with VAM, even though the node stops, the hand can wobble a little bit, is there a way to lessen the wobble from the node? Another example would be if someone turns their head fast, realistically, someone's head would just stop but with VAM, there is still that little bit of wobble. Since I would have it "on", I wouldn't be able to increase the spring or damper since the sliders is for comply but I do want to have them stop quickly without any rubberbanding. This would help out a project I am planning on that has some action to it.

I think the damper and spring controls only affect the node in Comply mode. Comply is just like On, but things can push the node around. You should probably go through the Wiki on these subjects. I don't see what you describe. Perhaps you set something to a bad value. Perhaps try setting physics parameters back to default one by one till you find the goofy one.
