For the life of me, I cant figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Every time I load a scene I have to open Realistic control panel for each person, and set it from manual to interactive. This happened to me before because I had multiple versions of Realistic Erection in the scene. From that time, I always delete old versions. I know it has to be a setting or maybe another plugin resetting it. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

You are right, this is a bug. I tested an older version (87) and there it does work. I will have to check what changed! Thanks.

VAMMoan Interactive Mode Save File Loading Bugfix

  • ControlCenter: Fixed a bug that prevented 'Interactive Mode' of VAMMoan plugin to be correctly restored during save file loading. Thanks @Stingwray for the bug report!
  • Using a better method to detect plugin sub UI state (open/close), thus only refreshing the info box strings when really needed. On the other hand, increased the updating frequency of the info texts if the user is on the respective plugin UI page.

Hello RunRudolf. Thank you for creating one of the best plugins on the Hub! I have ran into an issue that has taken effect sometime after version 113 (I don't have 114 or 115, but from 116 later the issue is persistent). My issue is that when attempting interactive mode synced with VAMMoan on an alt futa setup I get the error message: This function is not available on female atoms. To be fair, the Status box does say: Female mode with limited functionality. Has this compatibility feature been scrapped deliberately? If so that is a huge shame, it was a really easy way of bringing some of my scene setups to life! Thanks for all of your hard work. x x

Hi RandyRims, thanks for reporting this issue! I just tried to reproduce it, with a version 122 and 112 in the same scene, both on an alt futa atom in VAMMoan interactive mode, but separate persons. I do not get any "Female Mode" messages, and the interactive mode seems to work. Could you please give me more details to reproduce the exact same situation as you have? Thank you!

Hey Rudolf, thanks for the quick reply! After messing around a lot with my problematic scene, I found the solution quite simple: too many plugins on the person atom before your RE&F control. When I removed 3 plugins (all not enabled anyway) the alt futa mode features including VAMM Interactive worked fine. It seems to work with up to 35 plugins listed before RE&F (some had multiple modules). I'm not sure why but version 113 does not have the apparent limitation, where as the newer versions do. Anyway, no biggie as this is an easy work around. If you have TGC's 'Kinky Pleasures (19)' - that was the scene I was trying to mod with altfuta, if you wanted to test this case exactly.

Correct, I recently changed the way to determine plugin storeIDs! I made this to reduce load on this procedure, which needs to run every few frames. I think it works up to plugin #20. So it should work as long as realistic erection is lower than #20. I will check this however. Not sure I have so many plugins at all :) Thanks for checking and reporting!!

I'd like to use the plugin with Vam Produce 69 plugin override, but the size keeps resetting. Can I load the Realistic Controller/Erection preset through an action?

Also can the value for Test Erection in the controller be saved? I don't use a lot of sex scenes so I use this slider a lot since there's no stim.

I have a request for a few more dynamic morph sliders, but they might not be everyone's cup of tea since the plugin stays pretty realistic.

Penis_Width - looks bad at the base if value is too high
Sc_Castrate - almost identical to Sc_Adhered

I tested what you described on a simple one person scene and could not find the behaviour you mentioned. After loading a saved scene with a customized morph setup, the morphs of the erection plugin have been restored as intended, and loading a person appearance over worked as well (not changing the morph setup). I am not sure what's going on in the background of Vam Produce 69 though. Also not sure what you mean with "plugin override". You cannot load erection plugin presets through triggers unfortunately, but I think you can save a VaM plugin preset, and then create a trigger button to merge load this preset (Person / PluginPresets / MergeLoadPresetWitPath). This is however not very flexible, as merge load will create a second plugin instance, and non merge load will overwrite the entire plugin preset.

You can trigger the 'Test Erection' value only if 'Enable / Disable Test Mode' is first triggered 'Active'. Better just use the 'Erection Level' trigger instead, that's the one to be used in scenes and this one should be saved with the scene.

- Sh_Massive influences a lot of other things, I don't think this is ideal. If you have to use collider editor to make it work, this is even more critical.
- Penis Height is not a built in morph. I do not use morphs from other packages (dependencies). If I wanted to includ this, I would use Sh_Height and also add Penis Width to have both dimensions. But Sh_Height is a bone morph - I have been reluctant to use many of these, as their animation is not recommended.
- Sh_Length seems interesting - but why does it not have physical effects like Penis Length? I did not find the difference in collider editor at first glance. Do you know?
- Sc_Castrate could replace Scrotum Globe - what do you think? Scrotum Globe does not work very well in my opinion.
- Shaft_Balloon - nice addition, but a bone morph too. I would have to test the performance impact. Maybe OK as a Static Morph I guess.

In case I left something important out I'll just include what steps I'm doing.
This is happening on two separate PCs, one of the installs was pruned recently.

I tested some older versions and 113 was still saving and loading correctly. The next version I have after that is 117 and that's when the issue starts happening.
I don't have any other scene or session plugins loaded when doing this.

-Default scene with Female atom, load appearance or leave it default
-Add AltFuta and RealisticForeskin&Erection, in either order, I usually use Stopper's AltFuta but VamTimbo's seems the same in this issue
-Set any slider custom value like Erection Length to 4 for example
-Save Scene or Save Plugin Presets
-Load Scene or Load Plugin Presets after clearing plugins
-This is all. When the plugin loads you'll see the saved size for a few seconds and then it returns to defaults and all values in ReaslisticForeskin&Erections return to the plugin default.


Thanks for looking into the morphs. I didn't realize a lot of those were bone related. That would explain some performance loss when I animate them.

Sctrotum Globe does not create physics issues, but looks ugly in many settings at the scrotum base (my opinion). I replaced it with Sccrotum Castrate. I also replaced Scrotum Adhered with Scrotum Depth. This adds more variety, as Pendulous, Adhered and Castrate would have been to similar.

I will prepare a test version soon - there is another small issue with the new Decal Maker.

In case you (or anyone else) would like to test the fixes and new morphs - please use the attached .txt, rename it to .var and try it. Feedback is much appreciated.

Changes:
  • Foreskin: Introducing use of “Hoodie Fold Remove” (which is already included in Jackaroo's Hoode morph package). The morph amount will auto adapt according to erection level (zero at flaccid state). This will remove an unnatural skin fold at the base when in erect state.
  • ControlCenter: Fixing a bug when loading saved files containing AltFuta, leading to reset of all morph values. Thanks @Tenzan for the bug note!
  • Erection: Increased urethra opening effect during orgasm
  • Erection: Replaced 'Sc_Globe' morph with 'Scrotum Castrate'. The latter is better suited to create large testicles.
  • Erection: Replaced the 'Scrotum Adhered' morph with 'Scrotum Depth'. 'Adhered', 'Pendulous' and 'Castrate' did very similar things and I don't want overlapping morphs.
  • ControlCenter: Updating to latest SexyFluids v19 plugin preset
  • ControlCenter: Updating to latest DecalMaker v56 plugin preset: Be aware that there seems to be a bug with the alphamask textures - they load non-transparent. I am trying to fix this, a bug note is put on Chokaphi's discussion and he/she is working on other fixes appearently.

Still testing, but saved files loaded correctly now.
Loading a plugin preset will sometimes cause the plugin to reset after a couple seconds.
When that happens I see this message-

This would be more difficult to handle, since every gender change will reset the plugin. During loading a plugin preset, it is very likely that the person is first female and only changes to altfuta once Stopper's plugin is loaded. This will be interpreted as a gender swap. Just guessing for now, but that's very likely the problem with loading alt futa plugin presets.

I fixed the issue with the plugin preset resets in version 124, if you want to test again. I will however wait with the release until the issue with Decal Maker can be fixed. Thanks for your support!!
