Thanks — this wasn’t really on my radar before, but there’s definitely something intriguing about this kink. I tried it out in a few scenes and, honestly, it’s pretty hot. The plug-in too… the back-and-forth motion is surprisingly fun. It actually has a bit of a BDSM vibe to it... giving those chicks well deserved suppositories!

Bold question: I also noticed that your plug-in works with other CUAs — which is awesome. Unfortunately, once the objects get larger, it seems to run into some geometric issues. I still need to experiment a bit with the plug-in. I'm not really a programming expert myself — I actually wrote the plug-in with the help of ChatGPT. There's definitely still a lot of room for optimization and improvement.
In the meantime, you can try editing the offsets directly in MedicalSuppositoryPlugin.cs and see if you can get the positions the way you want. Just adjust the text, save the file, and overwrite it in the archive in the same folder.
