Thaaat I have no idea

i think there are "genital morphs" you can try, or plugins like Veerifter's AutoLabia but I don't really have any knowledge of the physics aspects, just modelling.

I hope these suggestions help
If not please send a more detailed description of the issue and maybe we can figure something out.
